Part of the E-Filipino Program of the Department of Science and Technology Information and Communications Technology Office or the DOST-ICTO in cooperation with INTEL Microelectronics Philippines and Asia Society for Social Improvement and Sustainable Transformation or ASSIST, the DIGIBAYANIHAN program taps the innate character of the Filipino which is volunteerism.
