Sa bahagi naman Governance ay pangungunahan ni Gov Reynaldo S Tamayo Jr. Pangulo ng League of Provinces of the Philippines.

Sa bahagi naman ng entrepreneurship ay ang mga awtor ng isang aklat na May titulong ‘Science for Success” na sina Prof. Fortunato T del la Pena (dating DOST Secretary), Robina Gokongwei-Pe at Maria Ester Follosco Bautista.

Ang mga panel of tractors ay kinabibilangan Nina Philip L Ong, Chairman ng PCAFI, Dr. Rhodora V. Azanza, Presidente ng NAST at Henry Lim Bon Liong ang Pangulo ng Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry Inc.

ang moderator sa open forum ay si DR Benjamin S. Austria ang Vice President Division E ng PhilAAST kasunod ay ang paggawad ng parangal sa Best Poster sa pangunguna ni DR Lucille V Abad ang Chair ng Poster Committee ay Director ng PhilAAST.

magbibigay ng pangwakas na pananalita si DR Reynaldo V Ebora ang Over all Chair ng PhilAAST convention 2022 at Vice President Division A PhilAAST.
