A groundbreaking ceremony held for the 65MWp ARECO SOLAR PV POWER PLANT PROJECT in the Philippines

Nitong nakaraang Ika-14 ng Hulyo 2024 ay ginanap ang seremonya sa paghahanda ng pagtatayuan ng 65MWp ARECO SOLAR PV POWER PLANT PROJECT sa Pilipinas mula sa China Energy Engineering Group Shanxi Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd. at opisyal na pagsisimula nang unang bahagi sa konstruksyon ng unang proyektong photovoltaic power sa Pilipinas.

Bilang bagong proyektong konstruksyon at maya kapasidad na 50 MW, ang 65MWp ARECO SOLAR PV POWER PLANT PROJECT ay may layuning makapagtayo ng 22 kV/69 kV substation at isang 2-kilometer transmission line at ang pagpapalaki ng transformer substations.

Sa pagtataposng nasabing proyekto, ito’y magpapalawig pa ng lokal na suplay ng renewable na kuryente at paigtingin ang lokal na imprastruktura sa pagkonsumo ng enerhiya kaalinsabay ang pagsusulong ng economic at social development, at pagsasakatuparan ng layunin para sa isang pambansang programa para sa Renewable Energy ng Pilipinas.

On July 14th, 2024, local time, China Energy Engineering Group Shanxi Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking and mobilization ceremony for the 65MWp ARECO SOLAR PV POWER PLANT PROJECT in the Philippines, marking the official start of the construction stage for its first photovoltaic power project in the Philippines.

As a new construction project with a capacity of 50 MW, the 65MWp ARECO SOLAR PV POWER PLANT PROJECT involves tasks such as the construction of a 22 kV/69 kV substation and a 2-kilometer transmission line and also the distance expansion of the transformer substations. Upon its completion, the project will further enhance the local supply capacity of renewable energy and improve the local energy consumption structure, so as to promote the economic and social development, and also the realization of the goal of the National Renewable Energy Program in the Philippines.
