The Region 12 RD says that most of the programs of the DOST at the national level were being felt down to the lower level of society at least for their region, embraced and practiced through proper dissemination but they were not conscious that its already innovation at the grass root.
Ayon kay Dr. laidan, hindi lang mga Muslim ang nakikinabang sa mga inobasyong kanilang naibaba sa tinaguriang mga nasa “laylayan ng lipunan” kundi pati ang mga hindi Muslim na inabot ng kanilang ginagawang patuloy na mga programa.
