METRO MANILA, PILIPINAS-“WE have been doing that from way back its just we don’t know that it was called Grass root Innovation” says Dr. Zenaida Laidan of DOST Region 12 in an interview with www.dzmjonline.net during the 4th day of the National Science and Technology Week 2019 held at the Hotel Jen is Pasay City.
The Region 12 RD says that most of the programs of the DOST at the national level were being felt down to the lower level of society at least for their region, embraced and practiced through proper dissemination but they were not conscious that its already innovation at the grass root.
The Halal industry in particular flourished not just with the majority of Muslims in the area but for the non-Muslim as well so goes with the other programs of the science department in education like the scholarships and the e-library or the STARBOOK, the SETUP, CEST etc..///Abdul Malik Bin Ismail, +639333816694, firstname.lastname@example.org
