Kasama ng PHILHEALTH ang Maxicare Healthcare Corporation, MediCard Philippines Inc., PhilHealthCare Inc., Health Plan Philippines Inc., United Coconut Planters Life Assutance Corporation, Asalus Corporation (Intellicare), Medicare Plus Inc, Avega Managed Care Inc., Cooperative Health Management Federation, iCare HMO (Insular Health Care Inc.) Pacific Cross, The Manufacturers Life Insurance Co. (Phils.) at InLife Benefit Insurance Company Inc., sa mga pimirma sa nasabing Memorandum of Understanding kasama si Department of Finance Secretary Frederick Go at Atty Ermar U Benitez, OIC Insurance Commission of the Philippines.
