Sa temang “SPEAR: Scaling-up Partnership Efforts Against Red Tape 2023”

Ang Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) ay nag-conduct ng kanilang kauna unahang Legal Summit, with na May temang “Scaling-up Partnership Efforts Against Red Tape 2023” or “SPEAR.”

Ang Legal Summit comes ay isang paraan upang mapagsama sama ang lahat ng ARTA Legal Group’s partnerships , collaborative initiatives at efforts to enhance ang coordination strategies ng ahensya sa mga national government agencies (NGAs), local government units (LGUs), government-owned or -controlled corporations (GOCCs), state universities and colleges (SUCs), law enforcement agencies (LEAs), and private sector stakeholders sa implementa ng reform initiatives sa ilalim ng Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Law.

Ang mga topic na sakop ay makakasama ang mga sumusunod the Salient Features of EODB Law at ang kanyang Implementing Rules and Regulations, Salient Features of the Revised Rules of Procedure (RROP), Best Practices and Initiatives of Law Enforcement Agencies, Challenges and Hurdles, and Responsibilities of ARTA Champions.

Bilang pagsunod sa direktiba ni President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. Na i improve ang bureaucratic efficiency, layunin ng Summit na i expand ang promotion ng EODB Law sa buong bansa upang ipakita ang commitment sa mga NGAs, LGUs, GOCCs, SUCs, LEAs, ang mga pribadong stakeholders ang manghuhuli ng mga red tape incidents sa buong bansa.
